Demos and Talks

Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival would like to welcome Sigma 3 Kitchens as the new sponsors of the Food Demonstration Area. Sigma 3 offer quality kitchens at affordable prices, starting from as little as £2,500. All made here in Wales, and sold at their showrooms in Cardiff, Swansea and Newport.

Chairman John Davies commented, “This sponsorship allows the food demonstrations to continue in the Town Hall Car Park offering a fantastic showcase to local chefs and restaurateurs and we are very grateful to Sigma 3 for their support.”

A full and varied schedule of food demonstrations and drink talks will be taking place throughout the weekend.

The food demos take place from the Welsh Assembly Government Exhibition Trailor situated in the Town Hall Car Park and represent the finest local chefs. A variety or styles and countries are represented on stage with information sheets provided and tasters available. All free of charge to attend

The Ballantynes’ drinks talks are held on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons upstairs in the Town Hall. The programme is varied and has covered anything from smoothies to whisky and hopes to bring cocktails to the festival in 2010.
